Grouprider.com is not liable for the actions of its members which may occur during a ride or an event scheduled with grouprider.com 3. Grouprider.com is not responsible or liable for the content posted by its members on any of the grouprider.com message boards. 4. I agree that I will not post pornographic or inappropriate photographs as my avatar or in the picture galleries on grouprider.com 5. Grouprider.com reserves the right to terminate your account at any time without notice. 6. Grouprider.com is not liable for the accuracy of any routes or directions provided through its website, in printed or GPS form. 7. Grouprider.com reserves the right to make revisions to these terms of use. 8. By listing an item in the classified section, I agree that the item is described to the best of my ability and that the classified posting is an accurate reflection of the item and its condition. I also agree that I am the lawful owner of any of the items I list in the classifieds section on grouprider.com. 9. By using the classifieds section, I understand that grouprider.com is not liable for the contents or condition of any of the listed items. I also understand that grouprider.com is not responsible for the accuracy or validity of the listed items. The Grouprider.com staff will do its best to remove any fraudulent listings from the classifieds section, but is not liable if you become a victim of fraud via the grouprider.com classifieds. 10. The grouprider.com classifieds are meant for individuals selling their personal belongings - not for businesses or dealers. If you are a dealer, grouprider.com reserves the right to remove your classified postings.
